Shipping & Handling
Shipping is based on actual shipping costs via the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service.
Additional shipping charges apply for any order outside of the continental U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Please call for price.
International Shipments. All customs rules, clearance, and any expropriation actions in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held liable for packages lost or seized by your local customs agency. Customs may charge you additional duties, tariffs, or other charges upon delivery of your package. We do not have a means of determining how much these charges will be. Please contact your local customs authorities to inquire directly. These charges are unrelated to the shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges for refused packages are the responsibility of the purchaser. Charges include shipping to the destination and shipping charges for returning the package to SO2A.
Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Shipping
UPS Service is used for Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping. Shipments are delivered on business days only – Monday thru Friday. Please be advised if an order is placed on a Friday and Next Day shipping is chosen, the package will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. Please call our office to arrange for Next Day Air with Saturday delivery service.
Orders must be placed by 1pm for same day delivery. For orders after 1pm please call us and place your order over the phone and we can determine if same day shipping is still a possibility.
While every attempt is made to have merchandise in stock, it is not always possible. If merchandise cannot be delivered in a reasonable amount of time the customer will be notified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
Back Ordered Items: We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered it will be shipped as soon as possible. We will contact you via email or phone if we do not have an item you have ordered in stock.
Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Certified Check or Money Order. Business and personal checks are accepted but check must clear before shipment (approximately ten days). All checks are subject to address and bank verification. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. Other costs of collection and all penalties will also be assessed.
